While many of our products can be neatly put into a box, some of our solutions defy easy categorization. We’re experts in our fields, and when a solution doesn’t exist, we can build one.
Systems Integration used to mean making one vendor’s product work with another vendor’s product. We still do that, but today we do so much more. It means finding that final piece to your business puzzle that turns you from a series of neat ideas into a functioning solution.
Most Systems Integration work we do is highly customized, tailored to the specific client, taking a customer concept and turning it into an actual practice or product. While that makes us confident that we can create a lower-cost business solution for you, it does make it a bit difficult to describe what we can do.
We worked with a property company here in town that would have mysterious networking issues whenever a certain employee was in the office. Using Trooper, we were able to find illegal activity the employee was doing, and worked with the employer to notify law enforcement, removing the bad actor and saving the company network.
We had a client approach us looking for a solution for mental health professionals who find themselves in tough situations with escalating clients. These clients may react poorly if help is called for, creating a need for secrecy as well as effective communication.
We created a “Portable Panic Button,” a device designed to assist mental health professions in getting the help they need by quickly alerting security. To meet the unique needs of this client, the device is small, silent, and resistent to caustic cleaning chemicals.
A rural hospital approached PCINW to help create a solution that would allow them to quickly and easily transfer calls between locations and provide reporting. And since this is an important medical resource, there can’t be down time.
We set up monitoring with custom solutions to provide quick data on call volumes, wait times, agents in the queue, languages of incoming calls, call times, and a host of other data points. Where once was a jumbled mess, we created a clean solution.
